Work you'll do

We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join the TrueServe Product Group. This role is on the Heartbeat team, a conversational AI platform and ecosystem. The selected candidate will be tasked with for developing capabilities for our Design, Analytics, and Discovery tool sets on the frontend with VueJS framework. Your primary focus will be the development of component and views with VueJS, integrating services via VueStore functions and developing HTML/CSS Templates. If you have a strong background and experience working with Javascript, FE Frameworks (Vue/Angular/React) you are exactly what we are looking for.

Your responsibilities will include


  • Implementation of FE Views, components, and logic with VueJS.
  • Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code by implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
  • Integration of services development on a Micro-Service Architecture.
  • Maintain documentation.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Software Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Integration of multiple data sources and databases.
  • Understanding of the fundamental design patterns and principles behind a scalable application.
  • Strong knowledge of automated end to end testing platforms and unit tests.
  • Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git and Code Reviews
  • Proficient in reading API documentation in systems like Swagger.
  • Problem solver, good communicator, flexible team player, and independent thinker who can read and write documentation with the humility to ask questions.
  • Limited sponsorship may be available.


Preferred Qualifications


  • 1-3 Years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience with NodeJS, Python, Github Actions, Java, Spring Framework, Event Monitoring, Terraform, and K8s.
  • Strong JavaScript, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, and FE Frameworks VueJS (or Angular/React experience) skills.
  • Experience HTML templating with HTML5 & CSS3.
  • Strong understanding of the nature of asynchronous programming, promises, its quirks and workarounds.
  • Strong understanding of security compliance, user authentication, and authorization between multiple systems (Internal or Third party), servers, and environments.
